Why is my Formatted Trial Balance Report showing as blank?
A blank Formatted TB report typically occurs when you are using more than 13 generated accounting periods. The system supports up to 13 periods. Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Step 1: Check and Adjust Accounting Periods
- Open the Settings menu.
- Select Accounting Periods.
Step 2: Set the Number of Periods
- Keep the existing start and end dates as needed.
- Ensure the Number of Periods is set to a maximum of 13.
- Click Generate and then Save the changes.
Step 3: Run the Formatted TB Report
After making these changes, run the Formatted TB report again, and the figures should now display correctly.
