How do I set the Company Secretary to sign the Accounts?
To enable the Company Secretary to sign the Directors' Report in the accounts, follow these steps:
- Steps to enable Company Secretary Signing.
- Go to Compliance Database.
- Navigate to Director's Report > Report Information.
- Tick the option for Company Secretary Signing Directors' Report.
This will allow the Company Secretary to be listed as a signatory on the accounts.
