Why are some Director Details not showing in my set of Accounts?
If a director’s appointment or resignation date falls after the current financial year-end, their details will not appear by default. The system requires a relevant balance sheet signatory date to include their information in the accounts.
Steps to Resolve the Issue
- Go to Compliance Database > Legislation, Compliance and Disclosure > Dates and Signing.
- Ensure a Balance Sheet Signatories Date is entered on or after the most recent director appointment or resignation date.
Final Step
Refresh the accounts to pull through the updated information, and the director’s details should now be displayed.
