What should I do if I’ve forgotten the password for my dataset?
If you’ve forgotten or need to change the password for your dataset, follow these steps:
Step 1: Access the Staff Section
- Go to the Staff section within your Clients and Accounts screen.
- Important Note: If you do not have access to the staff section, you will need to contact your Bright AP admin to gain access.
Step 2: Reset the Dataset Password
- Hover over your email address and click the drop-down arrow on the right-hand side.
- Select the option for Practice Permissions.
- Tick the box for Reset Dataset Password.
Step 3: Change or Remove the Password
- Return to the Clients and Accounts screen.
- Click on the option to Change or Remove Password on the Dataset.
- Select Reset Password.
Step 4: Enter a New Password or Remove the Current One
On the next screen, you can either:
- Enter a new password, or
- Click OK to remove the current password.
After completing these steps, you will be able to access the set of accounts again.
