1. Remove the Audit Report
If your client is not audited, you can remove the audit report from the financial statements by ensuring the company is marked as audit exempt:
- Go to Compliance Database > Client Details > Key Information
- Tick the appropriate Audit Exempt checkbox under the relevant Companies Act
- Refresh the accounts to reflect the change
2. Add or Edit Multiple Share Classes
The Quick Setup only allows one class of share, but you can add more after setup:
- Go to Compliance Database > Client Details > Share Capital Details
- Use the “+” button to add additional share classes or edit existing ones
- Input details like class name, number of shares, nominal value, and rights
3. Update the Principal Activity
If the principal activity is missing or incorrect:
- Go to Compliance Database > Client Details > Key Information
- Scroll to Principal Activity
- Enter the correct wording — it will appear in the front section of the financial statements
