To stop the T/A name from appearing in the final accounts for a sole trader, follow these steps:

1. Go to Compliance
2. Navigate to Dates and Disclosure Options
3. Click on Accounts Disclosure Parameters
4. Untick the box labelled, “Is the Business (Trading) Name different from the Proprietor's Name?”

This will ensure the Trading As name is not displayed in the financial statements.
