As part of our ongoing efforts to simplify and streamline entity management, we’ve completed the migration of all Individual and Farmer Individual entity types Sole Trader and Farmer entity types.
And we have removed Individual and Farmer Individual as available Entity Types.
Please Note: As there are no reporting, disclosures, and compliance features differences between Individual/Sole Trader or Farmer Individual/Farmer, there will be no changes to your sets of accounts.

Impact on Your Workflow
You will no longer be able to select Individual or Farmer Individual when creating new clients — Sole Trader or Farmer should be used instead.
All historic data, accounts, and reporting linked to the previous Individual or Farmer Individual entity type have been automatically updated.
Where to View the Clients Entity Type
From the Clients and Accounts browse
Go to Clients and Accounts
You should see a column heading 'Entity Type'
This column will display the updated client entity type
From the Compliance Database
Open the client/dataset
Go to Compliance Database>Key Information>Client Details>General Information> The Entity Type field will now display the updated entity type e.g. Sole Trader or Farmer for those affected clients.
