Add, remove, and reorder metrics, edit AI-generated commentary, and add charts and tables to tailor your report for each client.
Once your report has been generated, you have full control over what it contains and how it is presented. You can add or remove metrics, reorder sections, edit the AI-generated commentary, and choose how data is displayed.
Adding and removing metrics
To add a metric
1. Locate the metric you want in the right-hand sidebar.
2. Click the metric name.
3. The metric will appear at the bottom of the conversational panel — click the up arrow to confirm, and it will be added to your report.
To remove a metric
1. Click the bin icon on the metric section you want to remove.
2. The metric moves back into the right-hand sidebar, where it can be re-added at any time.
To reorder metrics
1. Click and hold the drag handle on the left side of the metric section.
2. Drag the section to the position you want and release.
Editing the report title
Click directly into the report title field at the top of the report and type your preferred name — for example:
Example: "Business Performance Report — [Client Name] — June 2026"
Editing AI-generated commentary
Each metric section has an Edit button. Click it to:
▪ Change the section heading
▪ Rewrite or refine the AI-generated paragraph
▪ Add your own professional context, caveats, or observations
Click Save Changes to commit your edits, or Cancel to discard them.
Important: Charts and tables are always generated from the underlying ledger data — not from the text you have typed into the commentary. If you manually add or change figures in the commentary, the chart will still reflect the original ledger values and will not update to match.
Adding charts and tables
Each metric section gives you the option to display:
▪ A chart (the chart type — line, bar, area, or dual-axis — is determined by the metric)
▪ A data table showing year-on-year figures
Click the relevant button beneath the commentary to toggle these on or off.
Note: Charts are presentation-only in this release and do not link back to individual transactions in the ledger.
