Bright Accounts Production allows you to produce accounts showing current-year figures only, without displaying comparative-year figures.

Show current-year figures only

1. Open the relevant Client/Dataset.
2. Go to Compliance Database > Key Information.
3. Open Accounts Page Layout.
4. Tick Current Year Figures Only?
5. Save the change.
6. Produce the accounts.

The produced accounts will then show current-year figures only, without the comparative-year balances.

To restore comparative figures

If you want the accounts to display comparative figures again:

1. Return to Compliance Database > Key Information > Accounts Page Layout.
2. Untick Current Year Figures Only?
3. Save the change.
4. Reproduce or refresh the accounts.

The comparative-year figures will then be included again.
