You can export all contacts, activities, opportunities, and, transactions from or for your business using the Data Export option by completing the steps:
- On the left panel, click Settings.

The Settings page appears. Under the DATA heading, click Exports.

Click OK on the pop-up that appears to export all the data from or for your business.

The data is exported in Excel format.
