To send a document for signing, you must have a valid email address and mobile number for each person who will be signing the document. A valid email address and mobile number is required to ensure 2 factor authentication is used, this means that the person receiving the email request cannot sign the document without a valid passcode which is generated once and sent to the mobile number provided. The email, mobile, link and passcode are intrinsically linked to ensure security, if one of these 4 items is incorrect the person will not be able to sign the document.

For Companies and Credit Union go to Compliance Database, Client Details, Officers.
If creating the officer, add a valid email address and mobile number (prefixed with country code). If the officer already exists select the Blue E-Sign icon to the right of the officer’s name in the officer browse. A pop up will appear; enter a valid email address and mobile number for this officer. You must also ensure that the officer has a valid signature order assigned or they will not appear on the list of signers.
For Sole Traders and Farmers go to Compliance Database, Client Details, General Information. Enter the email address and phone number of the proprietor or person who will be signing documents.
For Partnerships go to Compliance Database, Client Details, Partners.
If creating a partner, add a valid email address and mobile number (prefixed with country code). If the partner already exists select the Blue E-Sign icon to the right of the partners name in the partner browse. A pop up will appear; enter a valid email address and mobile number. You must also ensure that the partner has a valid signature order assigned or they will not appear on the list of signers.
For LLPs go to Compliance Database, Client Details, Members.

If the member already exists select the Blue E-Sign icon to the right of the members name in the member browse. A pop up will appear; enter a valid email address and mobile number. You must also ensure that the member has a valid signature order assigned or they will not appear on the list of signers.
