Directors’ Remuneration/Balances

Issue

This error occurs when the Closing Balance + Amounts Waived in financial year + Repayments +

Advances = Opening Balance.

Resolution

Go to the Compliance Database > Client Details > Officer Details and double click on the officer. 

The Amounts Waived in financial year, Repayments or Advances will need to be amended so that the total amounts match the opening balance.

The Issue is now resolved because 500+9,500=10,000.
