Board of Management Report

• We have introduced a new Compliance Database option to remove the Principal name from the Board of Management Report of the produced accounts. To remove the Principal name from the Board of Management Report, select the Remove Principal name from the Board of Management list? option under Compliance Database > Disclosure, Dates and Signing > Accounts Disclosure Parameters.
  The Principal name will be removed in the Board of Management Report of the produced accounts.
• The term Trustee nominees is now replaced with Trustees.
