This release comprises of the following compliance changes in June 2024.

Company 1.3 Template Amendment

We have introduced a new Compliance Database option to switch the Notes to the Financial Statements header to Notes to Management Accounts in the produced Management Accounts.

To produce the Management Accounts:

• Under Compliance Database > Accounts Pages Layout > Accounts Tailoring select the Do you require Interim Management Accounts? option. 

To switch the header:

• Under Compliance Database > Legislation, Compliance and Disclosure > Presentation. 
• Select Show Notes to the Management Accounts instead of Notes to the Financial Statements? option.

The produced Management Accounts will display the header Notes to Management Accounts instead of Notes to the Financial Statements.

Charity Template Amendment

We have now introduced the E-signing module for Charity template where the full and abridged set of produced accounts are successfully e-signed.
