This release comprises of the following compliance changes in July 2024.

Company 1.3 Template Amendments

We have introduced a new Compliance Database option to disclose zero value figures in the layout of Balance Sheet in the produced accounts. This option is available for both FRS102 and FRS105, if the FRS105 account is in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 3 or 3A per section 291.

For FRS102 (ROI & UK):

• Under Compliance Database > Legislation, Compliance and Disclosure > Accounting Options, select Follow FRS102.
• Under Compliance Database > Legislation, Compliance and Disclosure > Disclosure, select Disclose zero value figures in Balance Sheet?

For FRS105 (ROI):

• Under Compliance Database > Legislation, Compliance and Disclosure > Accounting Options, select Follow FRS105.
• Select either Produce FRS 105 accounts in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 3A per section 291? or Produce FRS 105 accounts in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 3 per section 291?
• Under Compliance Database > Legislation, Compliance and Disclosure > Disclosure, select Disclose zero value figures in Balance Sheet?

The produced accounts will display the zero value figures in the layout of Balance Sheet.

Charity 1.1 Template Amendment

The Compliance Database options for The Heading of the Note under Employee Benefits are now replaced to make them more comprehensible to the users.

• Under Compliance Database > Other Note Information >Employee Benefits, the heading Activation tick box 1 is replaced with Use SORP mandated Charity exemption statement pay bands?
• Under Compliance Database > Other Note Information >Employee Benefits, the heading Activation tick box 2 is replaced with Use SORP user defined Charity disclosure for different pay bands?
