You can now generate Fixed Asset Register Report to view the list of fixed assets available along with the details.
Prerequisites
To generate the Fixed Asset Register Report, the Staff Permission Fixed Asset Register must be checked.
To generate the report, complete the following steps:
- Log in to BrightAccountsProduction and open the required client account.
- Click Reports on the left panel. On the Reports page, under Fixed Asset Register heading, click Fixed Asset Register Report.
- On the Fixed Asset Listing page, enter the required details to generate the report.
FIELD STEP Asset Type Select the required Asset Type from the drop-down list.
Select the Don't Show Disposal Asset checkbox if you do not wish to include the Disposal Assets in the generated report.Acquired Date From Specify the date from which you want to view the report. Acquired Date To Specify the date till which you want to view the report. Disposal Date From Specify the date from which you want to view the disposal assets. Disposal Date To Specify the date till which you want to view the disposal assets. - To generate the report, click Run. The report is generated.
To add or remove columns in the report, click Advanced Settings and then from Advanced
Settings window, add or remove the required columns and click Update.
You cannot exclude or reorder the Asset Type column.
You can sort the report by the fields Description, Acquire Date, Disposal Date and Cost.
By default, the sorting will be based on Acquire Date and Description.
To print the report, click Print.
To save the report in the excel format, click Excel.
To save the report to the local disk in the PDF format, click Save.
