Bright has now consolidated all its products under a single roof, BrightHub. You can now change any Subscription, Plan, or Practice and Staff related issues concerning BrightAccountsProduction from BrightHub. The legacy identity service has been moved to a more secure and reliable Azure B2C Identity Services and includes multi-factor authentication either using the phone (SMS), authenticator app, or email.
All features that you used to operate under the User Profile, will now be redirected and performed under BrightHub. To access the User Profile, complete the steps mentioned:
- Login to BrightAccountsProduction using your credentials.
- Click the User Login dropdown, located at the top-right corner.
- Click Profile. You will be redirected to the BrightHub Manage BrightID page.
- With the consolidation implemented, you will be able to access and manage all User Profile requirements under BrightHub. You will find the steps to do the same here.
Note: Users can now update their email address by clicking on their profile icon at the top right corner. This will redirect them to BrightHub where they can make changes to their email address.
If you need to update the email addresses for multiple users, it is important to note that this cannot be accomplished as a batch process. Each email address must be updated individually. To do this, you will need to create new user accounts for each user with their new email addresses. This involves entering the new email details and any other necessary information for each account. Currently, there is no system functionality to automate this process in bulk, and each user’s information must be updated manually.
