Depending on the template you select at the time of creating the business, the Chart of Accounts page is accordingly provided appropriate nominal codes. Now, if you need additional nominal codes, you can use the Master List which also contains nominal codes based on the template you had selected and it allows you to add multiple nominal codes quickly.

To add nominal codes from the Master List, complete the following steps:

1. On the left panel, click Nominal Ledger > Chart of Accounts.
2. The Chart of Accounts page appears. Click Add > From Master Nominal Code List.
3. The Master Nominal Code List window appears. Search for the nominal codes you need by typing the nominal code name and clicking it or tick one or more nominal codes and click Save to insert the nominal codes to the Chart of Accounts page.
