This release includes a new AutoEntry Bank Feed Template; a ‘Disallowed for Tax’ amount in Multiline Journals and the Journal report; the ability to select, add, edit & delete Standard Notes in Transaction entry; the Analysis code and description display in the Ledger Card; Tax Exports; for Charities, a setting to change the default activity & cost codes used during year ends; improvements to the TB import, to include a [DATE] field; a feature to allow for changing the Practice Name & Address details for all or draft accounts; the ability to add user defined Fixed Asset Register Types; the ability to add & edit current year journals & comparative year balances of all subsidiaries in consolidated accounts and some additional performance improvements and compliance updates.

AUTOENTRY BANK FEED TEMPLATE

DISALLOWED FOR TAX ENTRIES

We have added a new button in Multiline Journals, where the user can enter the disallowed for tax purposes amount of the journal entry, in Sole Trader or Farmer Entities. For more details click here.

JOURNAL REPORT: DISALLOWED FOR TAX

We have added a new column and filter to the Journal report, which will allow you to display the ‘Disallowed for Tax’ amount, if applicable, and allow you to filter the report to only show these entries, if required. For more details click here.

STANDARD NOTES: ADD/EDIT FROM TRANSACTION ENTRY
