This release brings compliance updates for FRS 102/105 lease accounting, new IAASA income tax disclosures for Ireland, enhanced LLP reporting options, and expanded user notes for sole traders and partnerships. Four improvements across charity accounting, intangible asset headings, and the user interface are also included. Everything below is live from 7 August 2026. FRS 102 Lease Accounting Updates
The system now supports the new lease accounting rules effective from 1 January 2026, including IFRS 16-aligned recognition of right-of-use assets and liabilities. This brings FRS 102 accounts into alignment with the latest Financial Reporting Council amendments. UK

IAASA Mandatory Income Tax Disclosures
Irish audited financial statements for qualifying entities now automatically include the required Income Tax Disclosure Paragraph under Regulation 17. Ireland

LLP accountants can now choose whether to include or exclude the Accountant's Report in the financial statements. This provides greater flexibility for different entity structures and reporting needs. UK

Sole traders and partnerships can now add up to 5 user-defined notes in the accounts (increased from 2). This provides more space for practitioner commentary and specialised disclosures. UK

The Charity Transfer in Funds disclosure now displays all required information columns. The financial statements correctly present charity fund movements in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Intangible asset headings correct for Ireland
The Balance Accounts page now displays the correct heading for intangible assets in Irish financial statements, ensuring Companies Act compliance for Irish-registered entities.

Notes window sorting icons now appear correctly in the Produce Accounts screen. Quick Setup Bankers window header alignment has been corrected. Compliance Movement text displays accurately in error analysis reports.
