This release includes an update to the Lead Schedules module, to include the comparative/previous year balance column; synchronisation of the School nominal structure with BrightBooks; and some other compliance changes. It also includes two changes in the General Ledger, Ledger Card, a filter for ‘Last Year’ and an option to move from the current nominal on display to another nominal; we have also made a change to the imports, restricting the number of transactions in any one import to 1000 lines; we have changed the Return of Trading Details report for Relevant Contracts Tax entries for VAT on Cash Basis, to include the total Invoice Net and Gross amounts and we have introduced Standard Notes, which can be setup in Settings and selected when posting.

GENERAL LEDGER
We have added a new filter to the existing filters, allowing you to quickly view the transaction details for the comparative/previous year for the selected nominal code. For more details click here.
We have also added in a new option, allowing you to quickly move from displaying the current nominal code entries to another nominal code. For more details click here.
IMPORTS
We have implemented a restriction on the number of entries which can be imported in Bank Feeds and in our csv imports to 1000 entries per import. This will mean an overall better performance in the queueing of imports for all our users. For more details click here.
STANDARD NOTES
We have introduced Standard Notes, which you can setup from Settings and select when posting certain transaction types. For more details click here.
If you are experiencing issues with notes or narratives not saving in the Quick Payments section, please be aware that notes/narratives are not designed to save automatically in this section. You will need to manually add these notes as the section is primarily focused on narratives related to nominals.
If you encounter issues with signature lines not populating in a Profit & Loss statement, a potential solution is to untick a specific option in your software interface. However, to utilize this solution effectively, ensure that you have configured the Profit & Loss statement to show discontinued operations values. This configuration is often required for certain features to function as expected.
